To help us to speed up your claim, please get some of the supporting documentation ready. Below are a few items that the claims team might request from you to process your claim.
Bicycle Damage Claims
Detailed photos of the damage to your bike, original purchase receipts for the items that you are claiming for, any quote or repair estimates and a detailed statement of the accident.
Theft Claims
A police report, a photo of the broken lock, a statement of how you locked your bike and a purchase receipt for your lock.
Medical Payments
Medical invoices or documentation relating to your bicycle accident, a statement of the accident and witness details.
